Submitting a takedown notice

To report alleged copyright infringement, send a written notice to the Designated Agent above. Your notice must include (as required by § 512(c)(3)):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and the URL where it is located on our Service;
  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email);
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Misrepresentation warning (§ 512(f)): Knowingly materially misrepresenting that material is infringing — or misrepresenting a counter-notice — may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notice with the Designated Agent. Your counter-notice must include (as required by § 512(g)(3)):

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the removed material and its prior URL;
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, and phone number;
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., the federal district where we are located), and that you will accept service from the original complainant.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file suit within 10-14 business days, we will restore the content.

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users we determine to be repeat infringers, in accordance with § 512(i).
